Terms and Conditions
We ask you to please note the following terms and conditions.To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of one nights accommodation is required. If you are staying with us for just one night payment is required in full. Without a deposit your room may be re-let. Deposits can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque. If by cheque this needs to be with us within seven working days after booking. If paying by credit card a £2 processing fee will be levied for each transaction. There will be no charge for debit cards. Settlement of your account to be made by cash, credit card or debit card.Cancellation and Insurance : if you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 14 days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you will be liable for the total amount if we are unable to re-let the room. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.Non-availability : we would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however, if this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.Arrival : your accommodation will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 5 pm or you have been delayed.Departure : please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.Damages and Breakages : please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we will charge for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant and results in loss of earnings, and we may make an additional charge to cover these costs if you did not report this. Guests behaving irresponsibly and causing distress to other guests will be asked to leave after settling their bill in full. Please note : NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES, NO FOOD & NO IRONING IN ANY OF OUR ROOMS.Liability : we do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
